SSL access to the OpenCms customer area

The SSL access to the OpenCms test and customer area is set up.
You can go there via the Extranet.
The access by "http" is no longer possible as of now.

The complete data traffic, inclusive of the transmitting of the login data, takes place encoded.

Code Create has issued the necessary SSL certificate by CAcert.org.
This means if you havn't installed the CAcer.org root certificate in your browser, an "error message" of the browser draws one's attention at request of the appropriate page that the certificate has been issued by no generally recognized certificate authority known to the browser.

The certificate can be accepted by the user for the current session or general in the browser.
Since it is the access for the internal private customer area, this is acceptable.

Regarding the encoding there isn't any difference compared with a certificate issued by a generally recognized certificate authority.
In the case of uncertainty about the certificate and how one shall react, it is always possible to contact me.
